Our club is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Coach to lead our senior program for the 2026 Winter Baseball Season. We are a proud A Grade club fielding six senior winter teams, committed to high performance, player development, and a strong, positive club culture.
The successful candidate will build on an exceptional 2025 season, where our A Grade, Reserves, A4, and B3 teams all secured Premiership titles. With a strong playing group and a supportive committee, the club offers an excellent opportunity for a coach wanting to guide a successful and ambitious program.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the A Grade program and support coaching across all senior teams
* Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions focused on skill development, strategy, and fitness
* Mentor players at all levels and foster a positive, competitive environment
* Work collaboratively with assistant coaches, team managers, and club leadership
* Contribute to player selection, recruitment, and long-term development pathways
* Represent the club professionally on and off the field
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrated coaching experience at a senior or high-performance level
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to develop players and implement structured training programs
* Commitment to club culture, values, and continuous improvement
